As per the Regulatory Reform Order 2005 all fire certificates have been abolished and no longer have legal status. If you are responsible for a business premises, HMO’s (houses of multiple occupation), employ 5 members of staff or more, are a licensed property, a charity or voluntary organisation or a contractor with full or part control over a premises and you do not have a Fire Risk Assessment you need one now.
Our dedicated Health and Safety Officer will attend your premises at your request, undertake the fire safety risk assessment, document the findings and recommendations then present them to you for your perusal. All areas (sources of fuel and ignition, people at risk, detection, emergency routes, exits and maintenance) are covered. Quotes are free of charge and prices vary on the size of your premises.
If required all non – compliances can be rectified by Diamond Fire again with the quote free of charge
We also offer Health, Safety and Environmental assessments for residential premises with the same scenario as fire safety risk assessments but with particular attention paid to internal and external Health and Safety.
